Life coaching is a service that helps you to meet and exceed your personal goals. It is a discovery of your strengths and abilities and starts your journey to feeling happy and fulfilled in all life areas.

 

Life coaching will empower you and provide you with a “toolkit” so that you can easily navigate life, overcome challenges and be confident whilst doing so. A life coach won't tell you what to do, they simply help you to find the answers for yourself and encourage you to be the very best version of you.

 

Coaching will take a deep dive into where you are now versus where you want to be and how you can make the changes and improvements to help you to do just that. Neuro Linguistic Programming

Neuro Linguistic Programming is a powerful concept which enables personal transformation. It is based on the idea that how we think affects how we feel which in turn determines our behaviour. So ultimately if we change the way we think, the rest will follow. NLP is an approach to communication which focuses on how an individual orgainses their thinking, feelings and language.

 

Neuro - The mental, emotional and physical aspects of your neurology

 

Linguistic - The language and communication patterns you use with yourself and with others

 

Programming - The impact that your thoughts, feelings and life experiences have on your present life

 

NLP can be used to help and overcome many issues, such as anxiety, depression, limiting beliefs unwanted habits, and fears and phobias, offering relatively quick results. With this type of therapy, it isn’t required by me to hear any more about the problem you have once you've told me, we will simply change your strategies to help prevent it from reappearing.

 

In a nutshell, NLP suggests that changing unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours can:

 

  • Improve your mental and physical wellbeing

  • Improve your relationships

  • Help you achieve those longed-for goals

  • Make it possible to influence others

  • Help shift your current outlook on life

 

All of your behaviours are formed in your subconscious mind and during our sessions we will tap into this and change your behaviour patterns. NLP is one of the most powerful ways to make a dramatic shift in your life making it one of the top strategies for life transformation.

Hypnotherapy is used to change habits and lessen symptoms which puts you in an altered state of awareness similar to meditation or daydreaming. This treatment requires you to be completely committed, want the change and be prepared to make it a reality.

 

It is a natural and very effective technique in which the subconscious mind is accessed and therefore open to receiving beneficial suggestions in order to reach a desired goal, help to get rid of unwanted habits and find solutions to problems.

 

Hypnotherapy can be used to help both emotional and physical issues such as:

  • Fear and Phobias

  • Insomnia

  • Lack of Confidence

  • Stress and Anxiety

Clinical hypnotherapy is very cost effective and the benefits are often noticed quickly. It can be very successful where other treatments have not produced the desired results. Hypnosis allows you to experience deep levels of relaxation which helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

The Emotional Freedom Technique is an unconscious technique that complements NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching and works with the unconscious mind.

 

EFT has incredible flexibility, meaning it can be used on a whole variety of issues including:

 

  • Releasing fears and phobias

  • Weight loss

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stopping unwanted habits and behaviours

  • Emotional eating 

  • Insomnia

  • Achieving goals

 

The effects can be fast and often felt in the first session. The process is very easy to follow so it is a great tool to use outside of sessions. EFT works by tapping on certain points of the body to release blockages. By doing this the unwanted feelings can be released and move through the body.

 

This is a very effective way of clearing out feelings and when an unwanted feeling is gone, the limiting beliefs that you once held are released. This clears the way for new and more positive beliefs about yourself.
